Blair Smart, MD, MPH - Founder
Dr. Smart brings years of expertise in wound care, with a special focus on serving disadvantaged and vulnerable populations. He graduated from Rush Medical College in Chicago and earned his Master's in Public Health, concentrating on humanitarian assistance, from the prestigious Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health
Completing his general surgical residency at the University of Southern California (USC), where he achieved board certification. Merging his passion for general surgery with wound care, he pursued a fellowship in Burns and Critical Care at the prestigious Los Angeles General Medical Center-USC program. Currently, Dr. Smart practices General and Trauma Surgery, as well as Surgical Critical Care, in the vibrant Los Angeles area.
